Hi Friends! Today i have come up with new topic on how to improve immunity power for you. There are some times in our life when we faced serious illness due to many reasons. Some of the reasons might be Water change, Climate change or impurities in the food that we intake.
What is Immunity System/Power
Whenever our food habits changes suddenly due to whatever may be the reason we feel some unhealthiness. Certainly we lose the control of our the body. In such situations, body’s immune system fights for our body against the illness caused. Thereby a persons health is always depends on how well his/her immune system works. Not all people have the same immunity.For some, immunity power is high and for others it may low.
So to face any unhealthiness that causes to our body, we need to be very careful and we should improve immunity power. The fact is the immunity is not achievable in a single day. Immunity is always depends on our food habits and the type of food that we take daily. To maintain good immune system, one should always focus on what they are eating. So include the healthy foods like vegetables, leafy vegetables, fruits especially the citrus fruits (Oranges,Lemon,grapes etc).

There is a cool tip with me which is very easy for improving the immunity in the body. I am going to tell you the spice mix which can be made in home in just 5 mins. Take half spoon of this spice mix every day before going to bed. In this you can maintain a good immune system.
What all you need to prepare spice mix
- 1 Table spoon of Clovepowder
- 1 Table spoon of Turmeric powder
- 1 Table spoon of Dry Ginger Powder
- 1 Table spoon of Mint Powder.
Mix all these powders well and keep in a airtight box/container and take half spoon at bedtime.
Although there are many more ways to improve our immunity, this mix can be made simply and in less amount of time. If you try this mix and be habituated to it and you will definitely see the results.
